PM Kisan Prime Minister Modi, during a ceremony in Yavatmal, Maharashtra today on February 28, released the 16th installment of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme, amounting to over Rs. 21,000 crores. Under this scheme, more than 11 crore farmer families have already received transfers totaling over Rs. 3 lakh crores in their accounts. Additionally, Prime Minister Modi has also distributed the second and third installments of the ‘Namo Shetkari Mahasamman Nidhi’, totaling around Rs. 3,800 crores, benefiting approximately 88 lakh farmers in Maharashtra. The PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was initiated by the central government in 2019 to provide annual financial assistance of Rs. 6,000 to farmers. This amount is directly transferred to the bank accounts of farmers through direct benefit transfer.

• 2. Click on ‘Know Your Status’ on the homepage.
• 3. Enter your registration number.
• 4. Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.
• 5. Fill in all the required information and click on ‘Get Details’.
• 6. Your PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana status will be displayed on the screen.
