The Indian FTR Rally was unveiled at the 2019 EICMA show in Italy. Like its name suggests, it is based on the FTR 1200 S but with a different character altogether. It is a more off-road capable version of the latter with a retro appeal. The motorcycle sports a new Titanium Smoke paint scheme with a large Indian head on the side of the fuel tank. It also gets a small fly screen and a tan leather seat. Indian FTR 1200 Overview
Apart from these changes, the Indian FTR 1200 Rally remains the same. It comes powered by a 1205cc, liquid-cooled V-twin that churns out 125bhp and 117.9Nm. Suspension and braking duties are unchanged too. The bike rides on inverted forks and a monoshock at the rear while braking is done by 320mm discs up front and a 265mm disc at the rear. Indian Motorcycle is expected to launch the off-road oriented FTR 1200 Rally in India sometime in 2020 priced slightly higher than the standard FTR 1200.
